Tea And I is a herbal wellness brand that positions itself as more than just a tea shop: it offers premium all-natural loose-leaf herbal blends, matcha, accessories, and wellness-focused resources that help customers slow down, feel better, and build supportive tea rituals. In 2022, the brand launched a collection of new blends and underwent a package redesign to better illustrate their premium aesthetic.

OBJECTIVE

Building awareness for the new look and blends was at the top of the list for our objectives. We also focused on quick and catchy ways to communicate the brand’s refreshed wellness identity, and make the packaging feel premium, intentional, and easy to remember.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Tea And I’s communi-TEA (as their dedicated customers are called), as well as wellness-minded tea drinkers who value natural ingredients, self-care routines, and products that support both physical and mental well-being made up our core intended audience. More broadly, people who buy herbal teas in general, whether for health benefits or casual enjoyment, that may be unfamiliar with Tea And I but enjoy aesthetically pleasing packaging, and are receptive to content about mindful living and tea rituals also made the list.
