In this hypnotically soothing series, we provide audiences with a short, guided, mindfulness meditation to help them manage unhelpful thoughts, anxiety and overthinking.

Our goal with this series was to appeal to Mind Ninja’s core demographic in way that relayed the warmth and helpfulness of what they set out to create with their Navigating a Squiggly Life Toolkit.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Mind Ninja created their toolkit with the everyday person dealing with burnout, depression and/or an overall lack of motivation in mind — in hopes of aiding in them building the steps to create a happy, resilient and meaningful life. As such, they remained our main audience for this series.

HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN

RDV Media paired motion graphics, sound design and 2D animation, with the still illustrations used throughout the toolkit, and voiceover provided by Mind Ninja, to craft this series of enchanting meditation videos.
